Who is responsible?

Information and purposes
If you contact us, we may receive your name, company, email address, telephone number and the details you choose to share. We use this information to respond, prepare quotations, review supply requirements and manage the resulting business relationship. Please do not include sensitive information or identity documents in an initial inquiry. This website does not sign you up for a marketing list.
How contact works
The inquiry form prepares a message on your device; it does not submit the form to a website database. With your authorization, you can open the prepared inquiry in your email application or WhatsApp. Opening a WhatsApp link shares the prepared text with that service; you still choose whether to send the message. Emails sent to us are handled through Zoho Mail. Messages you send can be retained in those communication services to handle your request.
Age confirmation, cookies and technical data
Access is intended for adults aged 18 or over who also meet the minimum legal age in their location. The age prompt records only your answer in temporary browser storage (sessionStorage), not your date of birth or identity. It is not sent to CAMBA LIFE and normally lasts for the tab’s browsing session. You can use “Reset age confirmation” in the footer to clear it. If storage is unavailable, the question may appear again. No advertising trackers or optional analytics scripts are installed in this version of the website. Cloudflare hosts and protects the site and may process IP addresses, request details and security information needed to deliver it, and use necessary security cookies.
Service providers and international processing
Cloudflare, Zoho and WhatsApp/Meta may process information on infrastructure outside Colombia. Their roles and privacy terms depend on the service used. We do not sell the information from your inquiries. Disclosures are limited to handling the inquiry or business relationship, service operations and applicable legal obligations. Retention and protection
We retain inquiry information for as long as needed to respond, manage the commercial relationship and satisfy applicable recordkeeping or legal obligations. Retention depends on the type of record and applicable obligations; this website does not impose a single period on all records. Access should be limited to people who need the information for these purposes. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You may request access to your personal information, correction or updates, details of its use and proof of authorization where required. You may also request deletion or withdraw consent where permitted; some records may need to be retained to meet legal or contractual obligations. If applicable to your circumstances, you may also have rights to object, restrict processing or obtain data portability. Email info@cambalife.com with the subject “Privacy request”, explain your request and provide a reply address. We may request proportionate information to confirm your identity. We will handle requests within the applicable legal time limits. In Colombia, you can contact the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio after following the applicable prior complaint procedure; elsewhere, you may contact the relevant data protection authority.
Minors and policy updates
We do not intentionally solicit personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided information, contact us so we can review it and arrange appropriate deletion. The age prompt is a self-declaration, not an identity check. This policy takes effect on 14 September 2026; changes will be published on this page with an updated date.
